Picked up some fresh bagels, decided to make a sandwich (does a bagel count as a sandwich?) turkey, Swiss, coleslaw and Russian dressing. It was sloppy but excellent.

This is known as a Rachel, at least in New England. One of my favorite sandwiches. Never had on a bagel but I bet it slaps.
